Faceted searches created with Studio don't have the "Go" and "Clear" buttons

When you create a new faceted search with Studio and update your DM instance
with your Studio changes, the new faceted search is available in the Faceted
search tab. But there is no "Go" and "Clear" buttons, so users can't search the
document.
The drop down lists to change faceted search and to load a saved search are
also missing.
