Fix Version/s: 5.1.7
Indeed, in 5.1 org.nuxeo.runtime.server.port is not used and only
org.nuxeo.runtime.server.locator has effect. We'll change the nuxeo.properties
to reflect that.
Note that in 5.2 the port *does* have an effect if the locator is not defined.
