Hello Ecologers!

My name is Chelsea Peterson and I am currently an undergraduate at Boston
University graduating with a B.A. in Biology this summer. I am going to be
moving to the Seattle, WA area to be with family and am really interested in
expanding some of my lab/field experience before applying to graduate
schools. Most of my interests lie in wildlife conservation and behavior, but
I also have strong interests in lab work.

I have a diverse background in biology. I worked at the Live Animal Center
(LAC) at the Museum of Science in Boston for roughly a year gaining
fundamental zoological and behavioral experience. In summer 2010 I did an
internship with the Smithsonian working jointly in their Osteo Prep lab and
Marine Mammals lab. Right now, I am working in Dr. Sean Mullen's lab at BU
on mimetic butterfly genomics. My interests are definitely vast and varied
and I believe I will learn from any experiences I am thrust into.

So if you're in the PacNW looking for a lab tech, field tech, or would just
like to take me under your wing, please contact me at chels.l...@gmail.com .
I can provide references, resume, and cover letters to all interested
parties. If you would like to talk to me face-to-face, I will be in Seattle
from March 13-18.

Thank you,
Chelsea Peterson
