Have you tried Find a Grave?  http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi

Its a new database, but has millions of cemetery records from around the
world.  Unfortunately its not yet parsed by gender and other demographics,
but its such a robust data set, I'm sure you can filter some of the
results.  The indices are available through Ancestry.com.
