[ECOLOG-L] Hunting in Africa

Dear friends, 

We read so much discussion about hunting in the last years. In some African countries tourists can hunt and I would like to know if these countries are monitoring the animal populations, calculating carrying capacity and Minimum Population Viability.

Are there articles or reports about these estimates?
