UNIVERSITY OF WISCONSIN-MADISON Assistant Professor of Limnology The Department of Zoology and the Center for Limnology at the University of Wisconsin-Madison is accepting applications for an Assistant Professor (tenure-track) position beginning August 2017. Ph.D. required in natural sciences prior to start of the appointment. We seek a freshwater scientist who takes an ecosystem view of basic and applied problems in the aquatic sciences, including global change and interdisciplinary investigations, and uses approaches that include field research, modeling, and innovative statistical analyses. Our goal is to hire an outstanding individual with broad interests in aquatic sciences and great promise for intellectual growth and scholarship. Expectations include excellence in research and graduate training, engagement in interdisciplinary and collaborative scholarship, ability to maintain a vigorous extramurally funded research program, and skilled teaching at both undergraduate and graduate levels.
