Net result, you work does not get used. Therefore, no point in putting
the effort into publishing which brings us full circle to where we are
now. If library resources are going to become accessable electronically
in the future, then they must be available free they way they are now or
information transfer will fail. There are already too many journals
charging download fees which means that many of us, including Werner,
are unable to gain the knowledge published in them.
