As a federal employee for 10 years, at two different agencies, and applied to
hundreds of positions I can attest that KEY WORDS ARE ESSENTIAL. Yes veterans
are given extra points and current federal employees have a better chance but
persistence is key
Any federal (do not know how individual states are set up but presumably the
same way) government funded research is available free of charge. All that
you need is that you ask the agency that provided the funds for the results.

Move to a Mac. 1. You can get a Mac at a discount through your school
bookstore. 2. Macs do not have all the security problems that PCs have. 3.
If you have to run windows you can do that on your Mac. Try running a Mac on
a PC.
