The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) will formally release an extension tomorrow, May 25, 2018 extending the comment period to the Federal Register Notice, “Strengthening Transparency in Regulatory Science”. Comments originally due on May 30, 2018 have been extended to August 16, 2018. A public hearing will take place in Washington D.C. on July 17, 2018.
