SHRUB/SCRUB BIRD FIELD TECHNICIAN needed May 1^st through August 15^th 2018 for research on shrub/scrub bird ecology in northern New Jersey.  Duties include conducting point count surveys in the NJ Highlands using distance sampling methodologies, vegetation sampling, data entry and some data analysis.  Point count experience and the ability to identify birds of the eastern U.S. by sight and sound required.
