SCOPE: Under the direction of the Endangered Species Program Director, the Endangered Species Conservation Biologist will join a growing team of conservation professionals to work to conserve some of the world’s most important animals. The Endangered Species Conservation Biologist will develop guidance to inform the conservation and management of butterflies, bees, snails, and other invertebrate taxa; plan and conduct invertebrate field surveys; communicate with land managers, scientists, citizen scientists and the public through workshops, written materials, and other formats; manage, analyze, and interpret data; support the development and management of citizen science projects; and assist the Endangered Species Program Director with other conservation projects.
