Ecolog, Hi, my name is John Winkowski and I am currently situated in Northern California in between fisheries technician positions. I was wondering if anyone was looking for, or knew researchers who were in need of, field or lab assistance for the month of February and a little into March. I just finished a position with Cal Dept of Fish and Game and I'm going to start a position with Oregon State University in mid-March. I studied at St Lawrence University where I completed my B.S. in Biology and Environmental Studies. I've also worked as a vegetation technician in Ely, NV. I'm looking for work for February somewhere along the Pacific coast or in relative close proximity. I have my own vehicle and am willing to travel.
