Dear all, does anyone know whether there are any guidelines on whether one should store the samples and for how long one should store them once the data obtained from these samples have been published. For example, we have 1000s of paper bags with dried plant material that are filling our lab space. The result have been published, but we are not sure whether we should keep the plant material in case someone wants to verify our results. I would be happy to hear some opinions on this.
