Hi, I am now trying to relate the seasonal dynamics of microbial biomass (carbon and nitrogen), soil respiration (made in-situ) and SOC to the enzyme activities in different-aged forest at different depths. I am looking forward to suggestions on types of enzymes which could be better indicators of dynamic cycles of labile carbon and nitrogen.
