Can someone please tell me how or who I contact from Sterling, Harbinger,
and GEIS to setup an interconnect from an ISP to their VANs to funnel EDI

I am a little confused about the XML EDI. Does there exist a standard for
the XML DTD to represent the EDI document? If so where can I get this
standard? If not, how far away is this being accomplished or is even?

I used EXTOL for many years but I changed jobs and no longer work
with it. This is how we did it.
In your CL you would do a MONMSG command with the appropriate
message ID after the EXTOL Batch command(STRRCVTRNB). This will only work
for escape messages.
