robert ... i disagree ... now, if minitab will reimburse him for NOT selling them ... that is a different story ... but, if they won't AND he has not USED the project ... i see nothing to prevent him from obtaining a return on his investment ... the mistake he made was to "advertise" them ...

minitab (like most products) comes in a sealed box with shrinkwrap on it ... now, INside the box are manuals (the one i got anyway) and the SEALED cd ... now, there is nothing on the outside SHRUNKWRAPPED box ... that states the "use" conditions ... it appears only on the SEALED cd wrapper
