Presumably you paid for these copies and are their owner. How can they
legally prevent you from selling them? Are they offering to buy them
back?

Er, no, that's not how it usually works. If you read the fine print on
most software packages you are *not* the

selling them ... that is a different story ... but, if they won't AND he
has not USED the project ... i see nothing to prevent him from obtaining a
return on his investment ...
the mistake he made was to "advertise" them ...
I know this has been mentioned before, but would someone be kind enough to
provide the info. on publisher/ISB # etc for the recently revised

Just the
minitab (like most products) comes in a sealed box with shrinkwrap on it
... now, INside the box are manuals (the one i got anyway) and the SEALED
cd ...
now, there is nothing on the outside SHRUNKWRAPPED box ... that states the
"use" conditions ... it appears only on the SEALED cd wrapper
In this "code" era one has to memorize frequently used simple formulae (and

This is a complicated reply, because this is a really complicated subject. You
have made a good start.
First, you should talk to the legal people and make sure that this is really a
service contract and not an insurance product, or to what extent it is which. I
will not even start to think
In financial institutes, after develop a model, say, a regression model, a
scorecard will be created based on the model.
If you know what books teach people how to create a scorecard, please let me
know.
