Description:
Successful global organization creating some of the world's leading
products that support key communications businesses, dedicated to
providing a broad portfolio of high-performance solutions at the most
competitive cost. Seeking an experienced statistician to take a key
role to promote SPC in the R&D Fab. In this position you will interact
with process development engineers on DOEs and work with engineers and
operators in establishing world-class SPC practices in a challenging
R&D environment.
Qualifications:
This position requires at least 5 to 9 years of SPC and DOE experience
in a manufacturing environment, semiconductor experience preferred. An
M.S. or Ph.D. in statistics is required. You must be familiar with a
wide variety of classical experimental designs in addition to the
usual fractional factorial and response surface designs. In addition,
familiarity with multivariate regression techniques and logistic or
log-linear models is essential.
