again ... anyone interested in discussions about using commands in minitab
... please consider joining the [EMAIL PROTECTED] list ...

anyone can join ... at http://f05n16.cac.psu.edu/archives/mtbcommands-l.html

feel free to respond to any posts i am making ... with
additions/comments/corrections (if i goof up), etc.

so far, to get things rolling, i have talked a bit about

1. getting the MTB> prompt enabled
2. getting help on commands in minitab
3. doing simple arithmetic
4. differences between commands and subcommands
5. and a bit about some of the commands starting with A (add, area, axis,
etc. ) ... i plan to systematically go through the alphabet ... hitting on
SOME of the commands for each letter

what would be really helpful is to have others add ways they might have
used any of these commands ... add any insights to what we are doing ...
give and "tricks" they might have found with these commands ... you know,
the whole 9 yards

also, if there are any QUESTIONS regarding any of the commands i am
illustrating ... or questions about commands in general ... fire away. if i
can't answer them ... perhaps someone else on the list can ...

thanks

also keep in mind that you can access the archives (if you have joined) of
