and it's been disoriented with tiny jacks" image, it might help

This is by using the "Rotate tool", "90* transform" doesn't seem to have
these issues.

I did a second test rotating a 1000x750 image @ 90 degrees (+ fit canvas to
size)
And this time it gave me the correct color data up to 1x125 then 1x126< was
replaced with the alpha channel / transparency color

I have the same issue trying to rotate a 750x750 image using gimp 2.6.11 on
windows 7 x64
It's like it lost the 1px line color code to the left side and replaced it with
white.
