I can not add any ICMP port to outgoing firewall rules.
Anything I add gets ignored and comes back as if I added ICMP/8 and ICMP/30.
I can not even change the existing ICMP Port rule ICMP/8 - ICMP/30 (although

When Transparent Proxy is enabled -
Squid is now forwarding HTTP_X_FORWARDED_FOR header information which
displays my internal IP address.
