What messages are in the /var/log/squid/squid.out log file? Check the
/var/log/havp/havp.log as well.

I've done but the service fail to restart.
I don't have any safebrowsing.cvd and clamav-* files.
The freashclam download the new files but it does not restart.
Any new idea?
