Sorry, but I dont think this would be right. I've switched my
EFW-KVM-Guest to use virtio for my NIC's and it works out of the box.
Okay, I've not explicitely checked that the virtio drivers were loaded,
but I've never seen an auto-fallback to the default emulation NIC.

You're right that a single kernel would be better, but after 2.2. I've
seen many distributions that have different kernel versions for xen, it's
not the best solution but it should work.

Hi Raphael,
nice to
ng because we changed a lot in the "core"
(uplinks, firewall scripts, etc.), it took over a year of development.
2.2 should finally be released in early february, and we're in the
bugfixing and cleaning up phase right now. Please help us finding and
fixing bugs! :)

Hi,
why not try to switch to kernel 2.6.23.x?
This and all subsequent kernel versions include support for xen-DomU. So,
you could eliminate the need to support two different kernel versions!
Wouldn't that be a desirable aim?

Okay, nice. Didn't want to
Hello Endian Team,
would you be so kind to publish the devel rpm's of 2.2 Beta 1?
Do you plan to stick at kernel release 2.6.9.* for the 2.2 release?
Especially for the xen environment this would be only suboptimal.
Thanks for your really nice product.
Greeting.
