oh my, we simply listed each selected rbl as reject_rhsbl *and*
reject_rbl. that's obviously wrong, which we did not know. i add a bug
report.

I've had this same problem. Turns out my IP was on one of the sub lists so
the EFW would not allow me to send out (even to myself). I added my WAN IP
to the white list and that fixed it until I can resolve the issue as to why
my WAN up ended up on list.dsbl.org.
