But I think I might have an issue. After the update. It seems like my
whitelist/blacklist entries aren't being checked anymore... There are no
errors in the SMTP logs when the spam service is restarted either. Any one
have any ideas?

I made a spamassassin 3.1.7 package for Endian. It is here along with
the src package and an "extras" which is everything not in the normal
package. You do not need extras but it gets built from the spec file.
