Ekiga & the Ekiga VOIP conferencing system are being used for
communication for a global GNU(Linux), BSD & All Free SW & HW monthly

Hi,
I'm new to linux and have set up Ekiga to connect to the Gizmo service,
as I'm switching from Windows and have some outbound call credit with
Gizmo to use up.
It looks like Ekiga is able to connect to Gizmo, but a test call to the
Ekiga echo test seems to run into problems (see log excerpt bel

Hi.
You NAT Type seems to be : blocked , which means port 5060 is not even
reachable. Do you access the internet through a simple NAT router ?
BTW : Ekiga echo test should work with any account including Gizmo isn't it
? Could a provider like gizmo restrict access to Sip adresses ?
