I am testing both Skype and Ekiga now, and to be fair the 2 MB Skype
download is an installer only. Still, that installer only downloaded
about 6 MB of data, as opposed to 28 for Ekiga.
Wow.
That of course is not true.
The initial 2 MB file from Skype is just the Skype downloader. The Skype
downloader then downloads the much larger Skype install package.
Hard to say how large that file is, but it is quite large and takes quite a
while to download.
