Hi all,
The problem is what the subject is. I'm trying to sort out something
with a order and despite sending 4 E-mails since last Thursday, I am still
awaiting a reply.
I've checked my spam box in case something has gone in there but nothing is
there.Hopefully some one can see
Even though I've seen the K3 in person (at Dayton), I guess I had
forgotten how BIG they are compared to my K2. Seeing some side-side
with bodies in the background gives me a good idea how they will look
in SO2R setup.
The past comments about small knobs and small box come to mind,
but I just
Is it my eyes, or does the calendar on the wall at the back say 2006?
Is this really Wayne's 51st? Or is Aptos in a time warp? :)

Subject: [Elecraft] Anyone else having a problem getting a reply from sales?
For comparison
Elecraft K3:10 x 4 x 10 = 400 cu. in.
Kenwood TS-570: 10-5/8 x 3-3/4 x 10-11/16 = 425.8 cu. in.
Both sets of dimensions are without projections.

Thanks for the birthday picture. I was intrigued by the K3s. Could you or

Hi folks,
I have finally decided to unsubscibe from this list ... there is just too much
chaff.
Used to be a useful source of info for technical issues for K1 k2 and related
products ...nowaday seems folks
post on here about non Elecraft related items for something to do ... then
there are
Happy 50th. Wayne and many more !

Simon and Mark,
I just talked to Lisa and she is double checking to make sure she didn't
miss your emails in the flood of spam we receive every day.
Simon, Lisa did say she thinks she replied to your recent email about
changing an order. Did you receive it?

Great!! Wow, I didn't know they used to make short doc films like that. I
guess that might be one reason why so many ordinary people in the old days

If I remember correctly you were preparing things for the CE
certification way back in April/May.
Could you let our side of the pond know what the status of the CE
marking for the K3 is? Maybe in your next status update?
Matt,
D39 should be an MV209 varactor, so if you have one uninstalled and none
in D39, just install the one you have there.
If you have already aligned the IF filters, you may want to review those
settings, but there really should not be much of a change - best to
check and see for sure.

Noise aside, I have two big honking linear power supplies and a switching

you move the switcher.
Some folks will say the linear is quieter. But in an urban environment you
can't tell the difference. Noise is

Now for the first question from a Multi/Multi friend:
How many dB of isolation are there between the main antenna ports and
the RX antenna ports? I ask because on my current radio (an Omni
