Good Evening,
The nets were cast and check ins gathered. There was a good showing for the
Sunday two days before Christmas. Hopefully all who tried were able to get our
attention. My rig did change keying speed once but I had just passed the net
over to Tom when the display showed SPd 17.
I finished K1 #2427 and actually made a contact to Austria with it Friday.
Today I added the KAT1 antenna tuner which seems to work as well (after I
remembered to move the jumper to get the power readings from the tuner...)
Overall a very nice package, but I have one issue I would appreciate so

I am also on the K3 wait list. I will be selling a very nice Kenwood

Dave,
"simple" and "effective" are often antonyms and do not occur together

Hi Dave.
There is a Softrock kit specific for the K3 which includes a xtal at
32.7680Mhz, approx 4 times the K3 IF.
The Kit is not expensive around $15 US.
I have one here but with so many jobs I have not yet the time to get it
up and running.
