The CW code display is now working on the external monitor. It has to be

Regarding shipping, the last I knew each UPS store is individually owned and

Ray,
Q1. Are you seeing the decoded CW on the K3 VFO B display? If not, then the
problem is in the K3 config. If so, then the problem is in the P3.
Q2. when you updated the firmware in the P3, did you have the P3 utility
send ALL the new files? You need P3M0117 and P3S0105 both, plus you should

After white-wiring a burned trace to the collector of Q4, and resetting the

Yeah, I should have been a bit more descriptive. The method I was taught is
to clamp a small piece of regular paper (notebook paper, printer paper, etc)
between the contacts and pull on it. If you clamp too tight on the paper it
will tear, but at just the right pressure you can pull the paper throu

Mike, there are no "screenshots" posted yet. The new RX/TX text display mode
is only available on the external monitor when using the P3SVGA option. The
P3 utility does not (yet) support capturing a screenshot of the external

Are there any screenshots to see for those of us without the card?

Guess I misunderstood -- I thought "paper abrasive" and "abrasive paper"
were interchangeable terms -- I imagined a fine abrasive of some sort
that might compromise the contacts' integrity and cause future keying
