I have one and like it well. It holds the KX3 securely with the stock rear feet hanging over the back edge. It's a tiny bit shorter in length than the KX3, not sure why, but no issues. Maybe so the cables are free to plug into the sides. The key is in a great spot, not that I am any good at the

One of the guys posted a wooden stand that he made for his KX3 on the KX3 yahoo group and put pics in the photo section. I used his example to make one out of black engineering plastic. His is nicer looking but both work very very well and have great viewing angles. Pics of mine are there
