Hi, You can set VOX MD to off so you are in PTT mode to transmit or you can just set the output power to 0.0. The other neat thing you can do is Hold TEXT to enter the text decode dialog. Then select TX ONLY to be able to have the K2 check the characters. Cheers, Fred KE7X www.ke7x.com
