[Elecraft] KX3 PX3 PSK31 SPLIT

OK,  I tried... Can I set up the internal PSK31 for split? I tried, the best I could do is RIT. It would be nice to TX and have split to tune RX. PSK31 works, but is touchy.  It would be nice to leave the TX freq alone (so the other station doesn't have to chase you) as you move the RX freq
