Excellent condition P3 w/SVA option. Only “defect” is that a underbody connector (presumably only used by Elecraft techs) is detached. Will provide original part if replacement is desired, but seems to serve no useful purpose. Unit is otherwise in pristine operational and cosmetic condition.

Radio front panels are busy - lots of knobs and buttons with small labels that seem to shrink as we age. Some of the colors are low-contrast. If room lighting isn't right, they're unreadable, even invisible. Here is a small, LED, clip-on lamp that solved the problem for me: https://www.amazon.com/

You already answered your own question. Note that the entry says "GET only", which means you can read the limits, but cannot set them. I doubt that Elecraft will publicly release a firmware that would allow anyone to fiddle with the transmit limits on their own, since that could lead to folks
