I have a K3 and use a SDRPlay RSP1 as a panadapter. Last night I noticed a huge jump in noise and then noticed a strong, wide, cruddy signal every 120hz which would indicate a power supply problem. This problem is new. I have been using this cable for a few years with no problems. I do not know

Hello all, I've been a very happy KX3 owner and love QRP CW operating. But there are times I would like to have 100 watts to rag chew in SSB as well. I do have an amp that will produce just over 100 watts but I'm spoiled with silent QSK. And it's a pain in the butt to put in and take out of line.

[Elecraft] K3 - Using Mike Key (PTT) to Transmit with VOX

I wish to manually key the transmitter with VOX, and while transmitting have the VOX switch to LISTEN between words so that I can hear if I double. I don't want VOX on all the time to key the transmitter when I sneeze, someone talks to me, I murmur, phone rings, wife pours hot soup in my lap, etc.
