I have an old clarinet case I'm thinking about converting to a case for the
KX3. Where did you get the foam for your Pelican case and how do you cut
it?

Thank you everyone for all the replies and good information. I've narrowed
it down to either a Powerwerx supply, or the PAE-KX33. The PAE-KX33 looks
great, but I'll probably go with the Powerwerx so that I have the option to
power other, larger rigs.

Can anyone recommend a good, small power supply to use at home with my
KX3? I've been using a TenTec 937 but it's moving to a new QTH soon.
Thanks and 73,

Subject: KX3 Clock Not Keeping Time
I just finished assembling my new KX3 yesterday
I just finished assembling my new KX3 yesterday and I'm not sure if the
real-time clock is working correctly. I set the time, but when I turn off
the rig and turn it back on it's set to a completely different time. Am I
missing something?
Jock, N1JI
Yes, and I've tried disabling/Enabling it a few times. Whenever I turn the
radio on, the clock starts at 00:68:00 then the seconds count up to 00:69:00.
After another minute it's at 01:00:00 and it goes on from there.
Thanks
