Hi Can anyone provide details of this diode? Modern equivalents would do if not spec. It is of US origin of about 20 years ago, and used in an American aicraft transceiver. Sorry not directly Elecraft related, but I know site contains many knowledgeable people. My K2 ( No. 3339 ) still FB.
