Following the advice of Dick, W0NTA, I resoldered all the RF Detector components (D9, R66-69, and C77). Doing the same measurements as before the resoldering showed that the large power variations are now gone. All sets of measurements were within the 0.5W spec. 73, Randy, K7TQ
