When needing to get a result from anything publicly regulated, consider
using something other than the interwebs or 800 number.

Specifically:

Condensation on surfaces, to include the interior and exterior of
equipment, is a function of ambient temperature and relative humidity.
At a given RH, we know the temperature at which condensation occurs as the
Dew Point.
I agree with previous posts that increasing temperature (above

Good to know what is in/behind walls if possible.
Voltages and field strengths can be very high so care is in order.
Resistance in loop increases losses.
With respect to copper versus less expansive materials. You get what you pay
for.
