metallic mercury rolled around in your hand is not absorbed through the skin.
I don't know, not about to try it, but I think it would just come out the other
end if you ate it.
You know, "they" banned lead from paints. But the binder for latex paints is

They have banned mercurial th
Since I don't operate SSB, I have been a long time getting around to some mods
on the SSB board. I removed original capacitors and crystals, and installed
the new crystals and the capaciotors for 2.4 khz wide reception. i had long

some questions about the noise blanker lately, recently I had some rain/snow
static. i did NOT expect the noise blanker to have any effect on this and have
many times not tried it.
To my astonishment, I turned on the noise blanker and the rain static went away
100%. Gone. As if it didn't exi
FWIW I touch a 35 watt iron (dating back to the sixties) to the wire, no solder
blob. the enamel disappears in a blink of an eye, vaporized. I use a small

Recently obtained a new headphone, the Kenwood HS-5. this phone has a
communications range, 150-4000 ohm, and that is a good thing; no hiss, no bass.

Understand, the mission is to minimize the inductance of the connection. The

Assembly and removal of the heatsink, as everyone knows, is a royal pain. If
it could be lifted straight off, instead of having to be slid back over the
connectors on the rear apron, it would be SO much easier.
My question:
* Could the heatsink be smaller?
* What if a substantial rectangle
If you have left over EC2 parts from outboarding your KPA-100 with the KAT100,
I would appreciate them and would glad repay shipping. I want to cut them up,
combining them, to create a small matching box for a K2 related project.
If you can help, please contact me off list. Thanks!
