My XYL (Sue, N2LBR) was also interested to try this. She was watching
closely as I was doing alpha testing for the KPA1500 firmware, and was
wondering if using the network solution would provide guidance for an
iteration scheme.
Her solution works even if the complex load impedance is not
thinking is that if a tuned solution for a given frequency is already known
then it should be set as soon as the radio QSYs there.

I experienced the same thing, especially on 20M. The tuner is
apparently ignoring some of the signals on the AUXBUS line. I put a
scope on that line. I can see, some of the time, the amplifier
responding to the signal with a "clunk" as the tuner relays adjust to

Now that I know about the need to update the firmware and the utility, I
noticed that the Linux version of the utility is still from last June.
It thinks that firmware version 1.87 is up-to-date, and knows nothing
about version 2.0.
