The old LogiKey K3 keyer has 10 emulation modes. I built an AccuKeyer way back when and still use its emulation on the LogiKey. I would have said K3 but that would be misleading. I've never even tried the keyer in the K3 as I know my cw would be terrible without the AccuKeyer emulation. 73 bob

[Elecraft] Atta boy to Elecraft service

I had a direct lightning hit on one of my towers recently. Wiped out several PC's, monitors, etc. Everything connected by rs-232 and or rj45 jacks got fried. That included the K3! Elecraft service said send it in and it would take about 5 weeks in the shop. Yesterday was 5 weeks to the day

I too am considering purchase, but before I do an interface question or two. I will NOT be giving up the big amp...assuming I hook it up to Antenna 2 on the K3 and use the PTT line can I 1. put the kpa500 on ant 1 and use the accy interface, and keep the big amp on ant 2 with the ptt line? I

I'm a brand new K3 user. Had it since yesterday and already love it. I want to use the radio in split with both receivers linked all the time. Unfortunately with N1MM if I click on a simplex spot both split and sub receiver are turned off. Anyone know how I can defeat this so radio stays
