I am new to the list, and did not find this in the archives or other materials. If this has been discussed or otherwise, a pointer to the data would be great.
When selecting filters for various operational modes on the K3, I was wondering if the 6k filter is ‘Required’ for ESSB operation, or if the 13k filter will suffice? Reads: I was informed that I can TX AM via the 13k filter and did not necessarily NEED the 6k filter for same. I am curious if this is also true for the ESSB mode. I am about to complete my filter compliment, and wish to efficiently utilize the five(5) available filter slots for maximum operational flexibility. This will be the primary filter configuration on the main RX. I may or may not take a different set of decisions with respect to the sub RX (to be installed). Thank you in advance.
