Gang,
I will be doing my very first K3 firmware update via the K3 USB Utility. (I
still need to download the latest version of the utility).
Is there anything I need to watch for or any stumbling blocks that are not
obvious? Any pointers or guidance is appreciated. If it is so trivially

Phil,
Download the latest K3 Utility and install it. Plug the computer to K3
serial connection in if you do not already have it connected. Turn on
your K3 and then open K3 Utility. It will now even create the Local
Folder for the firmware files if you choose not to specify one. Check
