Doing a little research I found a 32.768KHz surface mount crystal in the Newark Catalog that might be used to replace the crystal in the Battery/Clock module. It is an Epson MC306 and sells for $1.12 in the Newark catalog. The accuracy is 20PPM, which equates to about 10 minutes/year. Since

Even the native Win7 implementation is defective, updating only once every few days and not using the differences to make corrections between updates. Since I run HRD (running 24/7) and it has an NTP client in the DM780 program, I use that. But I will look at what the others have posted too.
