Many hams are also SWLs and enjoy listening to international broadcasts. The KX3 does a great job and has great audio. Being able to remove all low frequency rolloff makes it sound worlds better than other "general coverage" ham rigs. It adds real "presence" to the audio. However the maximum 4.2 KHz bandwidth can be a limiting factor for really strong signals. I respectfully request that maximum bandwidth be increased to 6KHz.
