is not present any longer. This is probably the 3rd or 4th time that I

had to recalibrate the S-meter in the 2 1/2 years since I built my K2. Has
anyone else had to recalibrate their S-meter occasionally? Is somethin

You may be experiencing some component 'aging', but there is no known
problem here. I have had my K2 SN 00020 set up for at least 2 years now
with no apparent change of S-meter response.
I guess it is possible that your trimmer for the AGC Threshold voltage
adjustment may have been bumped
