Yes, Dennis, you may indeed operate on the 70.0-70.5MHz band when operating in the UK under the terms and conditions of the CEPT Licence. For Full Licence holders the maximum PEP is 160 Watts (22 dBW) and for Intermediate Licence holders the maximum PEP is 50 Watts (17 dBW). The band is
