[Elecraft] A K3 SSB net?

I see that there is a CW net, but regarding vital matters like case colors (and roofing filters), wouldn't it be more efficient and enjoyable to chew a rag on phone, instead of loading up our screens? Shouldn't we be USING our own stations? and be prepared for when all else fails? How
