Ken,
I can't recall all the update features, but the one that I would deem
important is that the newer firmware supports 60 meter use - however,
consider that transmitting a CW carrier on 60 meters (even for tuning) is
not within the FCC rules. I use a resonant 60 meter dipole myself.

I have a K2 with ATU f/w rev 1.03. Would there be any advantage to updating
to the lastest ATU firmware ?
