My plan is to use the LiIon battery from my 12 volt DeWalt drill. I haven't
decided if I should just shove some spade lugs into the contact slots or I
can find a way to sculpt a receptacle for it. My original plan was to put a
connector onto their flashlight module but they want $50 for that, doh.
While I'm waiting on my KX3 to arrive I am trying to figure out just what I
should get for a battery.
Can't afford to pay a bunch for one either as the kitty is just about empty
now!
I'm thinking of a SLA, about 7 Ah.
The idea of a Li-ion is good but from what I've seen for prices they are way
